With new features, a simpler layout and more modern styling, we welcome you to our new online store. The following article is a guide to finding products and information on our online store: Searching For a Specific Product or Ingredient Your will find the 'search bar' at the very top right of our website. Type the ingredient or product name into the search box to quickly find the product you are looking for. A search in this way will also search our Product Reviews, Blog Articles and Product Information pages. Browsing our Collections The top menu shows our product Collections, the main collections (Skin Care, Body Care, Hair Care, Home Care and Health) are broken down into smaller collections, making it easier to identify specific product types. Also along this top menu you will see a "Collections" button, this will take you to a page that shows all of the product collections - including Fragrance Free, For Men, For Baby and all of our other most popular collections. Using Product Filters to Find Products For each of our product Collections you will see there are three dropdown boxes to help refine your search, these dropdown boxes allow you to filter the results within product Collections and are a handy way to find new natural organic eco-friendly products. The first filter allows you to browse through a specific Brand of products, the product brands are listed in alphabetic order, from Abode to Zuii Organic. The second Filter allows you to look for a particular product type within the collection. For example, if you are browsing through the skin care moisturiser collection, you can look specifically for Night Cream or perhaps Eye Cream using this Filter. The third filter allows you to look for particular product Features within a collection. Using this filter you can find products that are Australian Made, Certified Organic or Vegan, plus several other product features. Features on Our Product Pages Each of our product listing pages has information about the features and ingredients of that product. At the top of the product listing page you will find a link to the product brand, this link will take you to a page with all of the products within that particular brand. At the end of the product information you will find links to share the information of this product with social media buttons, you can choose to Tweet, Facebook Like or Pin It with these buttons. Below the product listing and social media sharing buttons you will see customer review for the product. Here we encourage customers who have purchased and tried particular products to review and share their opinions. This is a good way to find out what others are saying about a natural organic eco-friendly fair trade product. Lastly, if you have additional questions or queries regarding a product, each page has an "ask us a question" button (located just below the green add to cart button). Use this to ask us a question about a product - just remember to specify which product you are querying. We will endeavor to answer your question as quickly and thoroughly as possible.
