Down to Earth writes about makers across the South West without asking first. We think that's fair when the words are our own, the facts are sourced, the page links straight to your shop, and it's easy to put right if we've got something wrong. This page is how you do that.
What you can ask for
- A correction. If a fact on your page is wrong, out of date, or missing something important, tell us and we'll fix it.
- Your own photos and wording. Send us two or three images you're happy to have used, or your own description of your business, and we'll swap them in and add a "verified by the maker" mark to the page.
- Removal. If you'd rather not be listed at all, say so. Your page comes down within 48 hours, and you're added to a list every future page goes through, so you won't be listed again by mistake.
What we can't promise
We can't promise sales, traffic or a certain number of visitors. We're a small, independent site, and while every page links directly to your own shop, we make no guarantee about what that link will bring you.
What happens next
We read every message ourselves. Corrections and removals are actioned within 48 hours. If you'd like to talk about photos, wording, or being considered for a closer selling arrangement down the track, we'll reply directly.
