What it is

The farms' own black truffle, Tuber melanosporum, combined with pyramid flake sea salt from the Loddon Plains in Victoria. The maker states there are no artificial flavours or additives. Use it as a finishing salt: a pinch over eggs, pasta, mashed potato, hot chips or a resting steak, added at the table, not in the pan.
