Orders & Shipping
Once your order has been placed, we immediately begin processing to get it to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, this means that we are unable to make any changes to your order.
Please make sure all your details are correct before checking out!
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). *Please note that there may be extended processing times during sale periods due to higher volume or supply chain delays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details to follow its progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update once it has left our fulfillment center.
If your order contains multiple items, it may ship in separate packages and you will receive shipping confirmations with a summary of the items included for each package (rest assured, you are only charged one shipping fee for all items in your order).
You can also check the status of your order by proceeding to 'Order History' under your account page!
We currently ship to Australia only. Depending on the final shipping destination, the shipping carrier may vary between DHL and Aus Post. (We are unable to designate a specific shipping carrier for shipments).
Orders are delivered in 3-7 business days from the shipping date. Please note that delivery times do not include order processing times.
Free standard shipping is available to all domestic orders with a subtotal greater than $135+ AUD after any promotions or discounts are applied. Excludes the purchase of gift cards.
To apply free shipping, please select the free standard shipping option at checkout for your eligible order.
Currently, we do not provide International Shipping.
Taxes and duties are calculated based on your shipping destination.
All domestic sales tax will be applied at checkout based on the order destination in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
If you have further questions regarding the taxes, I would kindly direct you to contact your local tax offices for more detailed information!
Shipping options will not appear at checkout if you exceed these weight limits.
